What does a GGP Photo Day look like for Parents & Schools?

We offer both online ordering as well as traditional order envelopes.

Online Ordering

  • There is no paperwork to worry about or forget on photo day.

  • The parents get to choose their favorite photo(s) and place their order online after viewing the photos.

  • Parents can add effects, text, cropping, and different backgrounds for their favorite image(s).

  • All orders can be directly shipped to the parent/guardian’s home to remove school delivery from the process. (An option to have orders delivered to the school in bulk, packaged alphabetically by homeroom for easy distribution is also available.)

  • Coupon and free shipping incentives offered to all.

Pre-paid Order Envelopes

  • Full color pre-paid envelopes are distributed to all parents to purchase packages.

  • All forms of payment accepted including cash, check, credit and Money Order.

  • Students who forget their money can still have a photo taken.

  • Portraits will be delivered to the school within 3-4 weeks after Photo Day, packaged alphabetically by homeroom for easy distribution.
